Scenarios

View the play logs of screens.

Related Information

Play logs record the playback information including the overview and detailed log.

Operating Procedure

1. From the menu bar, choose Logs > Play Logs.
2. Click Please select to select one or more screens and click OK.
3. Specify the log type. You can select Overview or Details.
4. Specify the date range which cannot be longer than 30 days.
5. (Optional) Click Advanced Search to set more search criteria.

   Keyword: This field is displayed when Advanced Search is clicked. You can enter a media name to search for logs.

6. Click Search. The result will be displayed, as shown in the figure below.
   
   
7. (Optional) Click Export to export the log files (.csv) to the local storage system.
   • If the log type is Overview:
     • When the number of logs is equal to or less than 50, the search results will be displayed on the page.
     • When the number of logs is greater than 50, the search results will be sent to the user’s email.
   • If the log type is Details:
     • When the number of logs is equal to or less than 25, the search results will be displayed on the page.
     • When the number of logs is greater than 25, the search results will be sent to the user’s email.
