Scenarios

View the operation logs of screens.

Operating Procedure

1. From the menu bar, choose Logs > Operation Log.
2. Click Please select to select one or more screens and click OK.
   
   
3. Specify the execution type. Select the remote control command type including screen management, screen interactive, etc.
4. Specify the execution time range which cannot be longer than 30 days.
5. (Optional) Click Advanced Search to set more search criteria.
   • Command Source: You can select VNNOX, ViPlex Express, ViPlex Handy, Terminal, USB Drive, and/or Unknown.
   • Execution Result: You can select Successful and/or Failed.
6. Click Search. The result will be displayed, as shown in the figure below.
   
   
7. (Optional) Click Export to export the log files (.csv) to the local storage system.
   • When the number of logs is equal to or less than 10,000, the search results will be displayed on the page.
   • When the number of logs is greater than 10,000, the search results will be sent to the user’s email.
